Since every email application is different, you might have to refer to your help files. Usually, if you do a search for “full email headers” or “full message headers,” you’ll find the instructions you need.

Please put your email address in the Email box, the IP, Domain or email address the report is about, and optionally additional information describing the issue in the message box. You can also attach the email or logs (in .zip format). Please be sure to include the full email headers as a minimum.
